Mike Monson, Bill Reid and David Sarti created FLEXARCHITECTURE in 2009 with the belief that there is flexibility in operating independently and strength in working collaboratively. Our structure allows us to tap into each other's skills as needed while minimizing overhead and risk. This nimble approach allows us to be extremely competitive, bringing value to each of our clients.

Most importantly it is our collective experience that allows us to pursue with confidence a broad range of work - large or small. Our diverse backgrounds, interests and experience in architecture complement each other wonderfully. FLEXARCHITECTURE is certainly greater than the sum of its parts.

FLEXARCHITECTURE is committed to excellent design and hands-on client involvement. Our approach requires thorough research, and we are committed to cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients based on mutual trust and communication. Our firm uses the latest 3D design software that provides the client with state of the art renderings and drawings, allowing us to virtually build the project, and eliminating costly time and budget over-runs.

Building Information Management


We are leaders in the region and work with other architectural firms and construction companies to create BUILDING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (BIM) models.

 

 

  • 3D BIM solutions allow us to focus more on design and less on drafting. We prevent problems as we solve them
  • BIM is faster than CAD. We can update 2D construction documents into a 3D model, improving our client's productivity
  • BIM fosters greater collaboration between the architect and the construction firm, improving communication between clients and consultants
  • BIM models can be analyzed for energy efficiency consumption, code compliance, structural integrity and construction estimating and sequencing
  • BIM interfaces with LEED accredited projects
